Surgery Countdown: Tomorrow!
Gasp!!! It’s tomorrow already. I’m getting a bit nervous but I think I’m prepared. It will be good to have Tj and my parents with me when I wake up. There’s so many things going on in my head that I basically have to turn it all off to just survive. So my goal is to just get through with the day today, and deal with tomorrow, tomorrow. I feel very disconnected with it still. I’m sure it will hit my in the morning when I’m heading out to the hospital.

I have been following your presurgery stories for the past few weeks. First of all, I wanna say you look great. And you deserve this!
Im very excited for you. Cant wait too see what you look like after surgery.
I had an appnt with a surgeon on Friday, but cancelled cuz i wanted to be at 140 before I saw him. Im at 144.5
Sweet dreams for tomm, and just think, flat tummy! Take care of urself!

You can do it Erica. I feel comfortable making such a simple statement because in the end, it’s really that simple. When all is said and done… when all the emotions have been experienced… the simple undeniable truth is this - you can do it, Erica.

Erica, you have worked so hard to get to where you are no. i’m sure that the last 2 and a half years trying to take off 100lbs has been very challenging and at some points, discouraging. But you did it! And you look so beautiful! (not that you didn’t before)
The surgery will be a few hours under the knife, a week of bed rest and a month of restricted movement. Nothing like changing your entire lifestyle 2 and a half years ago.
Everything will be great and you will have the perfect flat tummy that you have worked so hard for. Just in time for bikini season!

I’m thinking of you Erica!! Its not as bad as what you think it will be! Be positive (easier said than done), take everything as it comes, be regular with your pain meds and just think, in a couple of months you will have a gorgeous flat belly with no swelling (hell, even with the swelling now, i’d still take it over my old belly

Erica… what a great story you have! TT or not, you’ve accomplished alot and look incredible! I’m almost 5months PO from my FullTT/MR, and am going in for my lipo next week. Good luck to you, the pain isn’t as bad as everyone says (just your back from being pulled so tight)… I love that still today, I can’t pinch anything off the front of my belly! Now, I’m waiting to get rid of those love handle!

I just wanted to let you know that I am thinking about you today & know that everything will turn out great. You are awesome & inspiring & deserve this so much. I can’t wait to see your incredible results!
My consultation went great last week & I am loooking forward to my next one which will be next week. If everything falls into place I will be having surgery on August 1st, a week after I complete the 3-Day walk.
